Software Peer2Peer #4 – UX Triage

Our fourth meetup will feature Michael Lant discussing UX Triage:
User experience design is the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. In this meeting, Michael will introduce you to an emerging process called UX-Triage – a simple, collaborative process that allows business stakeholders, developers and designers to quickly work through the discovery, organization, creation and optimization of the fundamental UX elements of any software application.
Following the presentation we will continue the discussion around User Experience and User Interface design. This should be interesting for anyone designing or delivering a software product with a user interface, which is pretty much everyone building software!

The meeting was very informative, Michael described the UX Design landscape at a high level and then drilled down into the UX Triage process in detail. There was a fair amount of Q&A as well, discussing the modeling approach at scale and the scope of information to capture. Additional resource links can be found below.
