Alan Colquitt is the author of Next Generation Performance Management: The Triumph of Science Over Myth and Superstition. He is an industrial psychologist, seasoned scientist and practitioner with more than 30 years of improving organizations. He is evidence-based, relying on research, data, and science to drive decisions about people, people practices and organizational practices. Alan is a frequent speaker and presenter at meetings, professional conferences, and other forums on a wide variety of talent management and human capital analytics topics. He is often sought out as an expert advisor to other private and public companies, consulting organizations, professional organizations, and academic institutions. He currently holds adjunct professor appointments at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) and Butler University. He is also an Affiliate Research Scientist at Centre for Effective Organizations at University of Southern California.
