This role can be based anywhere in the GTA

This is a key net-new hire for the organization. We need someone to take on these challenges:

  1. Grow their sales efforts to quota-levels within a to-be-discussed number of months
  2. Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve the above goal
  3. Target new clients with reoccurring revenue potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Build then maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Be responsive to prospects & clients
  • Executing sales processes from Prospect to Close - Identify, Qualify, Negotiate and Close opportunities
  • Proactively prospect - Engage with prospects in-person, phone, web demos, webinars, emails, and social media
  • Participate in trade shows and community events where clients could be found

 Experiences & Background 

  • You’re genuinely interested in other people and their businesses
  • 2 years B2B sales experience, ideally in the digital marketing space (web design / webstore solutions)
  • Excellent information gathering skills to map a prospect’s needs to our creative offerings
  • Experience executing the sales process from Prospect to Close
  • Demonstrable solution-selling experience into $2-$10M B2C clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (goes without saying)
