We provide custom hardware and software solutions and integration services across a variety of industries for our clients worldwide.

Enable Integration’s growth (a division of Enable Training and Consulting, Inc.) has been exponential since our inception in 2006. Today, we are a team of 20 employees and have clients as diverse as: Bosch-Rexroth, FIRST Robotics, the University of Waterloo, Kinectrics, Magna, LEGO Education, National Instruments, SolidWorks, and RWDI.

This is a full-time position and candidates will be expected to work out of our Milton, Ontario head office.

Top Responsibilities

  • Requirements definition and gathering
  • Design, develop, architect, maintain, test and deploy clean and well documented software
  • Provide customer support and assistance on new and existing projects in a professional and solution-focused manner
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure application accuracy, relevance and integrity

 Experiences & Background 

  • Programming LabVIEW based software applications experience (4+ years)
  • Programming with various LabVIEW modules (Vision/RT/FPGA) experience (4+ years)
  • Troubleshooting and debugging experience (4+ years)
  • Object Oriented Programming and LabVIEW OOP experience (4+ years)
  • Source code management and Revision control experience with SVN and/or Git (4+ years)
  • Strong understanding of NI Hardware (National Instruments), industrial instrumentation, common interface types, etc., is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Additionally Preferred Qualifications

  • CLAD/CLD/CLED/CLA certification
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation or equivalent
  • Experience with other programming languages (C#, Python, PLC, Robot, etc)
