Can’t Find What You’re Looking For? Make It Yourself With 3D Printing

The 3D printing revolution is here and has the potential to turn each of us into designers and innovators rather than just being consumers of standardized, off the shelf products. Join LIL 3D Printing/Memorables for an interactive presentation and discussion on the evolution of 3D printing and photogrammetry as it moves beyond prototyping and niche manufacturing.

You will learn the evolution of 3D Printing technology and its use and highlight the revolution it is creating by unlocking the world’s creative potential.

Learn how 3D printing companies are:

  • Promoting design democracy by empowering users to identify and create solutions to address their specific needs or desires, outside of the standard box.
  • Combining 3D imaging and printing to improve product quality, reduce production times and create personalized custom products.
  • Enabling entrepreneurship among artists, designers, architects, engineers and craftsman.

Presenters

Mark Sherman, owner, LIL 3D Printing is an independent 3D printer located in Milton. Currently they are working on product prototypes, tooling, harsh environment coatings, artistic models, toys, games, one of a kind gifts as well as their our own product line of tech inspired gadgets. www.lil3dprinting.com

Michelle Hawco, owner, Memorables Inc., uses photogrammetry to produce 3D images of people and pets; which can be printed as keepsakes, used to produce custom fitted prototypes, assess body shape and extract measurements, or produce digital assets for animation and video games.
