They discussed the website’s history, it’s challenges, why and how they recently re-launched their website, and what they see for the Weather Network’s future. Carrie leads business and platform strategies for theweathernetwork.com and meteomedia.com at Pelmorex Media Inc. She has held progressive roles in information technology and marketing within the company over the past 9 years. Previously, Carrie held management roles at the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club and Inventa Agency where she led promotional programs for Molson, Coca-Cola and The Vancouver Canucks.
Moe Abeidat: Director Software Development, The Weather Network | Pelmorex Media
Moe is responsible for software development strategy and leadership of the development of a wide range of technology, products and services, including: web, mobile web, mobile, tablet, PC and interactive TV apps. Moe has been with the Weather Network for almost 2years. Previously, he held progressively more senior development positions at ADP, Empathica and Brightpoint.
